Account & Data Deletion Request
If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems, you do not need to have the app installed. You can request complete erasure by contacting our support team directly via email.
How to request deletion
Please send an email from the address associated with your account to:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
What information should I include?
To help us process your request quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your registered account email address.
- A brief confirmation that you want both your account and all historical data deleted.
What data will be deleted?
Upon receiving your request, we will permanently remove the following information from our active databases and API connected servers within 7 to 14 business days:
- Profile information (email and associated data).
- App usage history and preferences.
- Borehole Data.
- Downloaded Reports and associated data
Note: Once processed, this action cannot be undone, and your data cannot be recovered.
